Pre-Purchase Question; How to contact EN?

I am considering purchasing EverNote Premium for keeping notes across my devices.

I have been unable to find a detailed list of the security that is in place for each of

the device platforms.

 

Specifically, since my information is important to me, I need to know, for each

platform I use, such as Windows PC, Android Tablet and Phone, Mac;

 

- Is the App password protected?

- Are local copies of my notes data encrypted?

- Are my notes stored on EverNote Corp. servers, and if so, are they encrypted?

 

I can't find any way to reach an official contact of the company to ask.  Is it true you can

only ask users on the forum, and hope the information is accurate, or do EN employees

answer these questions on the forum?

 

I have never had such a hard time finding out how to ask something to someone who wants

to sell me something :-)  I guess the new generation believes in the "Zero Support" model

for pre-sales decision making.  But I wont's buy it unless I can find an answer first. :-)

I am afraid you probably cannot get an answer from Evernote, because Free users are not guaranteed support, but I think the answers are:

1. No.

2. No.

3. No.

There are reasons for each that employees have provided over the years and they have been discussed at length on the forums.
