My notes are gone after sync

Hello, i make notes in Tuesday and sync, one more time. After that i login in mobile iOS app evernote all notes be there, but now there are gone!!i can't find changes in some notes and new notes, which was saved!!!I need that infomation from notes, so please repair your service and help me restore or find my notes.

Please edit your post and remove your email address - this is a public forum and you're likely to attract spam.

 

We're also a user forum and can't fix Evernote's services,  but AFAIK there have been no outages.  Please check to see whether your notes are still on your computer and whether they have been synced to Evernote Web - it may be that your other computer didn't sync properly and that's why you don't see your notes.

I meant that the notes were missing from the list but not when I visit from a mobile. The problem is not in sync but that evernote does more of the promised functionality. So the only advantage of the data security and access to information-it is not. Imagine that half of your notes now will disappear and you will not see going with any gadget or computer. This is a serious problem because other users will in general refuse to use service.

If you can view your notes by logging in to Evernote.com,  they're not 'gone' it just means that one or more devices aren't downloading them properly.  There's some help with syncing problems here http://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/23168822

 

If your notes are missing from Evernote.com,  that's a problem,  and you should probably raise a support request - see the link in my signature.

If your Notes on your Mac have been properly sync'd to the EN Cloud, and after that you have sync'd your iOS device, ALL of the Notes should be there.  If note, there is a problem syncing somewhere.
