Won't let me change email address in security summary

When I set up my account I inadvertently made my email @gmail.net instead of @gmail.com.

When I went into the Security Summary to change this, the response was, "This email is already in use." Evernote wouldn't let me change it. What can I do?

If you can't change your email, then you will need to contact Evernote Support to do it for you.

Tried that. Says I can't do it unless I am a premium member.

Since the Evernote response was "This email is already in use", I think that means you have another Evernote account with that email.

Have you tried logging in under the @gmail.com email?

Maybe you could use that account.

[sigh] That worked. I will have to set up my notebooks and notes again...unless you know of a way I could merge the two...

If you can also log in to your new account (@gmail.net), then you could share all of your NBs with your @gmail.com account.

Then, in the @gmail.com account, join these NBs, and copy them over.
