Can't add or create tags

I cannot add or edit tags in this version. I click on the icon and nothing happens.  The notebook icon brings ujp the notebook list. 

 

Is it a unique problem for me?  Fixes?

The only way I know how to do it so far is not the easiest way in the world.  Bring up a note, then at the top of the note, click on the new tag space, and it will let you create a new tag for that note.  I have not found a way to create a new tag from scratch yet.  If you want to delete a tag, you have to be in the old web version, not the beta version, to delete it.  Hope this helps.

Starting today, I'm unable to add tags to new notes, via web based Evernote.

CTRL+SHFT+t doesn't work either.

I'm seeing the same thing - the + button doesn't work

btw   CTRL+SHFT+t is a command on the Windows platform.  No relevance to the web platform

My problem has resolved itself. 
I can click on the +Tag bubble at the top of the note.  The bubble turns into a text box allowing me to enter the tag name
