How do I locate my Tickets

If you are a free user, you get moved behind business and premium users in the support queue and may not get a response.  If you post your question here, maybe one of us can help.

There's now web service for tracking your ticket - if you want to add a reply then you should send an email reply to the last email you received from Evernote on the same ticket.
