[Solved] Evernote costumer support

On September 11 I contacted Evernote support about referral points not being earned as described by them on the website.

I patiently waited for an answer. Today (18 days later) got an ensure on then saying that they are closing my request with no extra explanation and sent me to their support page and forum.

I know I'm not paying for Evernote at the moment but I certainly intended to (that's why I entered the referral program). This is not the type of costumer support I expect from a company that wants to make their users happy. I'm not paying for the service now that I know what kind of costumer support waits for me. Love the app but now it's not worth my money. Really disappointed!

Can't complain about support here in the forum. I just wish this wouldn't be necessary ;)
