etexbill 0 Posted September 27, 2014 Share Posted September 27, 2014 Apparently, I downloaded a version of EN on my Kindle Tablet some time ago, under an old email address, and never used it. I have downloaded a version of EN on my PC under a newer email address. I am using this version of EN and really like it. The problem is that when I try to sync this info to my Kindle Tablet, it will not sync. I have tried to delete the older version on my tablet and re-install the version that is on my PC, but it will not delete. Any suggestions? I am new to this forum and hope that I am using it correctly. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,663 Posted September 27, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted September 27, 2014 The EN version that you have on your PC is Mac or Windows based; the Kindle version will be Android based, and have a different version number. You needn't remove the Kindle app - it should update itself automatically. All you need to do is to log out of your old account on the Kindle, and log in to the new one to see your notes. If at any stage the app needs upgrading it will tell you so. Link to comment
