"Click to add tag" button has been moved to the "Information" button in Windows App

When the "click to add tag" button used to be above the "new note workspace", in previous Windows apps, it was much easier to tag;  I suggest making that small toolbar custumizable, with the ability to stretch it into two rows.  Also, since tag names can be long at times, this could really be it's own row....  below the current button setup. This change has added 2+ seconds to every note I work on...  I like evernote because of the complexity and speed in which I can put down my ideas and organize my thoughts and life.

I don't know about the "click to add tag" location bit, but if you want to add tags to a note quickly, you can use F3 to get yourself to a new tag entry control. Or Ctrl+Alt+T for the Tag Notes dialog.
