bythepark 0 Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 hello - have been having an iphone screen freeze issue since the last 2 IOS updates. i open an exiting note and immediately the screen + app is frozen. have seached support and tried it all - restarting phone, have uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times to no avail. any suggestions on how to fix this? i tried to create a ticket thru Evernote but they rejected it & sent me here. Level 5* gazumped 11,663 Posted August 26, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted August 26, 2014 Hmmn. Not an iPhone user personally, but sounds like you have a corrupted note maybe? If you can get into the account via a desktop, have a look at the last few notes you added - it should be possible to export them to an ENEX file and delete the originals and then re-import the notes as 'new' versions of themselves. NB this will kill any note-to-note links to or from those notes if you used any... Link to comment
