tilkobling 0 Posted July 30, 2014 Share Posted July 30, 2014 I am a long time user on my Apple Mac notebook and recently set up an account on my new Android smartphone. The accounts will not sync because the phone things that I am a new user and I can't persuade it to think otherwise. Tried uninstalling the app on my phone but when re-installed it recreates the same problem. How can I set up an account on my phone to mirror that on my Mac? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted July 30, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted July 30, 2014 Hi - phone apps are usually set up with the email and ID information associated with the phone, which may not be the same as the details you entered for your Evernote account. Swipe the opening screen to the right and tap your user name to get a Sign Out option. Sign back in with your Evernote account details. You should now be synced. Link to comment
