how to markup in article mode?

in previous version of web clipper it was possible to markup in article mode, screenshot attached..

 

is this possible by anyway in newer clipper?

The new version doesn't take anything away.

 

In previous version when you selected a markup tool it would take a fullscreen screenshot and then your annotation was on top of that image.

 

In the new version you first define the screenshot and then the markup tools will be available.

 

One improvement in the new version is that when you define the screenshot area you can scroll to the desired part of the page (something that wasn't available in the previous version)
