Hi.

I just wonder if there is way somehow to merge notes into a timeline?
when we are going on a trip and have all travel documents so it would be nice if you just looked at that particular period and see what documents are current at the time.
Been thinking about putting a tag with a date?

Hi. One thing to keep in mind is that Evernote is not like a traditional file and folder system. That's where tags and and or keywords come in. However, if you're looking for something more visually structured, you might want to check out the app Workflowly, an outliner. It's free and can be used in concert with Evernote.

Below is a link to the Workflowy and under that I've included a link by a post forum member who has uses it (with EN) to keep a journal. I'd also recommend you search run a few searches here on the forum for Tags, Keywords, Journalling and Diaries. You'll find a lot of discussions and examples to choose from.

Good luck. :)

Bille, I  guess it depends on what you mean by the word "Timeline", but why not just change the "Created" date of the Notes you want on the Timeline? Set the dates in your desired sequence. - - - If it is helpful, put the set of Notes into their own Notebook.
