AndyS19 0 Posted June 4, 2014 Share Posted June 4, 2014 HELP!! I recently had to rebuild my Windows 7 laptop and began re-installing all of my apps. When I got to installing Evernote, I got an error popup said "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed". I know that this is probably not an EverNote problem, but Evernote is the only program I couldn't install. Any suggestions? Link to comment

Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted June 4, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted June 4, 2014 Had this recently - I'm battling two argumentative laptops and keep on having to install, reinstall and re-reinstall stuff; was blocked when this popped up but followed the MS instructions and was able to go back to installing...
