Please remove the "Give it a try..."

I would like to request that you get rid of the message in the Evernote Android window when I want to take a photo of a document. The popup says "give it a try" "snap a photo", etc. It it MADDENING to see that every time when I just want to see what is in the viewfinder!

Did you just recently re-install the application? Typically that type of thing should only appear once, at the VERY first launch (that is, the first launch since installation...)
