android Problem with premium suscription Google Play

Yesterday i bought a premium suscription for evernote on google play, but it still says i'm a free user, i reported the problem and my support ticket is Ticket# 388603 but still no answer.

 

Help please.

Hi - do you have access to Evernote on a desktop?  Check your account via a PC web browser or open the desktop client on your computer and check your account status.  A purchase does take a little time to work its way through the system,  as do support requests.  You've raised a support ticket so as soon as Evernote has investigated someone will get back to you...

Well, its been two days since my credit card was charged and no Answer from evernote team. What ese can i do, how can i request a refund if nobody answer!

I flagged this to the forum admins for you - the problem may be that you still show as a fremium user;  support requests get dealt with as time permits.  Premium users get priority (and yes,  I know you are/ should be,  but if the computer says you're not...)

 

Anyway - hopefully someone will be in touch shortly.
