chrome Can't get web clipper to install for Chrome

I can't install the web clipper for chrome for the life of me.  Am running chrome Version 21.0.1180.89 on a MacBook running OSX 10.8.

 

 

Some install rights are restricted as it's a work machine.

Chrome 21 is pretty old. You'll need to update to something newer, we support stable channel, currently Chrome 32.

Evernote Webclipper works fine for me with Chrome 33 beta, Windows 8.1 desktop.
