I have since uninstalled and reinstalled twice which yield the same result... nothing. It still works fine on my Android phone and iPad. Experts and gurus, please help... Are you able to get it started? Or does it simply not invoke? After closing EN & before reinvoking, are you checking task manager to make sure no Evernote processes are running? When you uninstalled, did you use Revo uninstaller? Other than that, you may need to submit a support ticket (see my sig). Link to comment

Not tried Revo, what does it do, will it help? not sure about EN and reinvoking. not so familiar with these terms. I'm much a just a simple user. And I've taken you advice to send a support ticket... RicketScience 0 Posted March 10, 2014 Share Posted March 10, 2014 I am also facing the same issue. You can use Evernote's web app temporarily. Its available as a Google Chrome app. By logging into your evernote account you will be able to access all your notes. Link to comment

dlu 628 Posted March 19, 2014 Share Posted March 19, 2014 We put out an update yesterday that is 5.2.1 and it should address this issue. You can download this from evernote.com or hit "Check for updates" under the Help menu. If you updated to a 5.3.0 beta, you will need to manually uninstall from the Control Panel before installing 5.2.1 The same fix will come to the 5.3.0 beta updates soon.
