(Archived) Shortcuts and Saved Searches not Syncing

I use EN extensively. I'm striving to expand my use to make EN my overall project management system in lieu of Omnifocus.

 

I'm using EN Business on a Macbook Pro Retina, iPad Air, and iPhone 5s. Overall, I'm very pleased. However, I have run into two frustrating but related problems.

 

1. Shortcuts saved in EN on the Mac are not syncing to the iPad and iPhone (I DO have the option to sync shortcuts selected in preferences). When I click on the shortcuts on the iOS device, there are not notes showing.

2. Saved searches in EN on the Mac are not syncing to the iPad and iPhone. When I click on the saved searches on the iOS device, there are not notes showing.

 

I am running the latest versions of EN on all devices and the latest operating systems (iOS 7 and Mavericks) on all devices.

 

Is anyone else having these problems? Has anyone found a solution?
