Shimhsham 0
Hi there, I am new to Evernote (free account at the moment). In my office, a team of 5 people would like to use Evernote Business to store and search for data each of us will input. Do we need 1 business account (£8 a month) for this or will the 5 of us need a business account each? (£40 a month). Thanks! Link to comment
btobin 9
You'll create an Evernote Business, and then set up the number of seats for that business. You pay by the user seat (each user account). Run through the Guide for Administrators here for more details:http://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/guide/guide_business_admin/ Definitely contact the Evernote Business Success Team if you have any questions:http://evernote.com/business/contact-us/ Link to comment
Lukebr 0
I don't feel like that answered the question, would that team pay?: a ) £8 a monthb ) £40 a month Assuming the answer is a), is it possible to restrict access for some of the seats to specific notebooks and not others, in the same way that a separate, paying account can be given modified access? akrde 19
Answer b is correct, because you pay by each user account per month. 5 users * £8 a month = £40 a month. Link to comment
C6REW 416
If you need a 'Business' account because of the extra features, then you will indeed need to pay for a 'Business' licence for every user to access those features. Best regards Chris Link to comment
