(Archived) Error message when clipping - "MISSING_NOTE_CONTENT"

I'm trying to clip a webpage to Evernote and I get the following error message:

 

Unable to save clip.

import failed:

MISSING_NOTE_CONTENT

 

Other pages on the same website can be clipped without issue.  Does anyone know what may be wrong and what I might be able to do to get this page to clip?  Thanks!

Hi MaryB,

We need to know a bit more to help find the issue here:

- OS & browser version

- Web Clipper version number

- The URL where this error is triggered.

IE 11.0.9600.16438

I right clicked on the web page below and selected "Clip this page".  How can I tell which version of Web Clipper I have installed?

Thx Mary, On IE the version number of your Windows client will be the same as the IE Clipper (they are installed together...). Thx for posting the details, we will take a look at this.

Yes we can reproduce the problem, I've filed a bug for it and hope we'll fix it soon.
