(Archived) Feature Request: Ability to encrypt/decrypt notebooks

Hello there fellow evernotes!

Just imagine that you are @office or @home and you left your computer

unprotected and expose to curious people.
In that case they will be browsing your evernotes like nascar drivers.

So how about to have the ability to encrypt/decrypt notebooks and also

having the option to decrypt a notebook for x period of time and after the

time expires it will automatically encrypt again.

What's your toughts on this one? Do you find it useful as well as I do?

This has been discussed an awful lot on here.

 

There were some indications that Evernote would be bringing new security features before the end of the year - but no dates or promises.
