(Archived) Typing and Drawing?

I can't wait to get my hands on the Adonit Jot Script stylus for Penultimate. Being a student, there's nothing cooler than being able to use my iPad for my notes and diagrams. However I notice Evernote doesn't support stylus input on iOS and Penultimate doesn't seem to recognize a bluetooth keyboard.

 

Is there any way to incorporate drawings into my typed up notes while I'm in class? A small diagram might be required every now and then in the middle of my notes so it would be great to incorporate both for my lectures,

 

Any thoughts or suggestions? Does anyone else feel like an integration feature is necessary?
