DavidD 13
I like new clipper, except for one aspect. When I invoke it, the side panel makes a brief appearance and then retreats, meaning that I have to click the arrow in order to see it again. Is there a way of setting it such that it stays visible? ameliabdot 0
I am having the same problem. I'm using Evernote 6.0.2 in Chrome Version 30.0.1599.69 m Link to comment
jbignert 473
Hi all,The Clipper will by default remember the last action you used so the next time you start the clipper it will start in that mode.It sounds like you used the Simplified article mode (where the sidebar hides automatically) and then on next use it will go into that state automatically. You can control this on the options page and define a clip type to always start in. Going forward we will also stop auto hiding the sidebar in simplified article mode. Link to comment
DavidD 13
Thanks. It would be excellent if EN stopped auto hiding the sidebar in simplified mode (or made it an option). Link to comment
rogw 7
I agree that we need an option to turn it off. I understand it's like that in the simplified article. Yet, why do I need the extra mouse-move/click in order to save. That's not a very good usability design.... Link to comment
