Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted October 5, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted October 5, 2013 Hi - I don't believe that you can, principally because Evernote doesn't have folders/ subfolders, only notebooks and tags. If you're working from Windows, you could transfer a folder at a time, moving the files to an Import Folder and tagging each file (after import) with the name of the folder, then stacking the tags back into the original format.
