Abigailgcs 0 Posted September 20, 2013 Share Posted September 20, 2013 I'm running Windows XP and tried upgrading to Evernote 5.0 but received an error message: Couldn't update installation package "Evernote.msi" couldn't be located?So it tried uninstalling Everynote 4.5 but I received the same error messgeSaid: The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable.Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "Evernote.msi" in the box below.I went to Program Files -Evernote- and can't find the installation package?Any suggestions? Level 5* gazumped 11,663 Posted September 21, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted September 21, 2013 Make sure you're not running Evernote (including icons in the system tray). Backup any database you may currently have. Go to Evernote.com and download the app. Install. Link to comment
