Optimising Evernote to create Generic Reports Document

Recommended Posts

My intention to is to

Enter Text (usually specific names eg Drug name or Disease name) into a table.

Then have a search tool (preferably) google look into my - repository/library of - notes

Bring up the notes with the most matches on the top followed by next with the less in this chronological order.

Once the relevent notes are displayed  I wish to use them in a new document / note to fill in a template of the report.

eg- Drug X is not compatible in disease Y etc etc.

Can this be done

.Without compromising the repository

without having to open each note and copy and paste each note manually.

Secondly - I wish to be able to find a report of which notes have been used how often.

regards

Johar
