Do you need anything more?I was a little disappointed when I went to use evernote at a meeting over the weekend and it saved the note across the cellular network. It also attempts to connect as soon as I launch evernote. Link to comment

For now ... on the activity upload page, you can choose the "Pause" option for now to prevent the app from uploading any new notes until you choose "Resume". This will prevent it from using any networks. Link to comment
