If the email address doesn't give you the name, there's no way that I can think of to keep that information outside of the note(s) themselves. Best suggestion would be to invest in a set of "shared with..." tags and add those to your notes - or convert names to a code of your own and show the tags as "sw:1012" or some such. Link to comment
