jmacg 0 Posted May 12, 2013 Share Posted May 12, 2013 Text in my notes that has been encrypted still shows up as the little grey rectangle with rounded corners and a padlock icon. But when I right-click that grey rectangle and tick 'Show encrypted text', I'm no longer being asked for a password. The text just appears. What's happened? I've used Evernote since it started and encrypting has always worked before. What has changed? I'm feeling very vulnerable. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,664 Posted May 12, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted May 12, 2013 There's a setting (in the Windows client at least) that remembers your password until the end of your current session. Try closing Evernote down completely and restarting. If you need further help on this, what OS are you running? Link to comment
