I'd like the option for search results to begin with notes whose names start with, or at least contain, the term I'm searching for. Link to comment

If you search for "vacation", you will find notes that contain words beginning with the text "vacation", whose titles contain words that begin with "vacation" and notes that use tags whose names start with "vacation". Are you saying that you only want to find notes that contain the word, but the titles and tags do not? Link to comment
