But the best method is to backup the database on your desktop. There is no automatic backup. Please search the board on backup, as this has been discussed a lot already. Link to comment

Welcome to the forums. No, that is not possible at this time. If you are on a Mac, Time Machine will backup your database every hour, so that might be the easiest solution. If you are on Windows, there are Time Machine-like software applications available. If you are doing regular backups of your drive (highly recommended, no matter what operating system you use), then it will capture the Evernote database data that way as well. Link to comment
