If you see the notes on both of the Web and Windows clients, then the sync of Web <--> Windows is working fine (and the log reflects that). If you don't see those notes on the iPad, then I would say that your iPad <--> Web sync is the problem.

I have exactly today the same probleme with Windows 8 (Yesterday it was working fine).

Are you saying that you also had proper sync between Windows 8 and the Evernote Web clients, but some other device was not being sync'ed correctly?

On Windows, set it to LIST VIEW then make sure the "sync" column is showing. Anything with a dot means it hasn't sync'd local changes back to the server. Do any of your notes have that? If so, force a sync. If the dot doesn't go away, you have one or more notes causing a problem. Best bet at that point is to send your FULL activity log to support via the support page. They should be able to tell you exactly which note is the culprit and you can then export it, delete it and hopefully clear up the sync. You can then import it and that should allow it to sync again.

I use Windows Desktop on Windows 8. I have an other free account working perfectly with the same windows Desktop. The problem is ocurring when i use my Premium Account. When I create a new notebook (or new notes) they do not appear on the Evernote Web clients (same issue on my iPhone). It seems that the Sync have problems (but I don't see any error message).

This is very strange, If I modify an exisiting Notebook or Notes on Windows, the syncro is working. The problem is only for new Notebooks or new Notes.

Are the new notebooks local/non-synced notebooks?  (Icon to the left of the notebook name is grey, not green.)

my problem is with Evernote on my Windows.

When i create a note on Windows.. it does not get sync to my ipad or Mac or any other devices.

When i create a note on any other devices.. it gets sync to Windows though...

Anyway i uninstalled it and decided to use the Web version.
