sturdor 0 Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 Why do I keep getting errors when EN syncs saying that a synchronization error has occurred and it lists a note that cannot be synced? It syncs all the other notes, but it is VERY annoying. I have looked for the note it mentions but can't find it. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,663 Posted January 19, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted January 19, 2013 If it won't sync, a note may be corrupted, too large, exceed your upload limit for the month, or have a title or content which contain deprecated characters (under Evernote rules). However if you can't find it, you can't fix it. Link to comment

You can contact Evernote support, mess around with the content until it syncs, or just move it out of your account for now in order to deal with it. Fortunately, in years of using Evernote, I have only had this happen a handful of times. Link to comment
Onthewire 2 Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 If you look at the Log file under the Help menu, this will tellyou if there are any files that are not synching. Removing them usually sorts the problem. Link to comment
