All notes got empty after a system crash

Something happened with my system (ml 10.8) and it looks like freshly installed, and apps behave as if they are just installed. But Evernote behave differently: all notes are empty, only note titles remained. In Evernote web I can see all my notes. I tried deleting EN, emptying trash and reinstalling the program, no effect.

Installed EV version 6.0.3 on Mac with OSX version 10.9.5.  The app crashed and now the content in ALL my notes have disappeared!  The folders and note titles are shown but nothing else. Please help and tell me how to recover the content.  Thanks.

1. DON’T PANIC

2. Give your Mac some time to re-index. Meanwhile you may read SoftwareMarcus’s response.

3. Reboot your Mac, some users reported that this cured their problems.

4. It might be related to a problem of the App Store version: https://discussion.e...e-2#entry331456

5. Make sure you have a backup of your data (Enex export for local notebooks and Time Machine).

6. Download the lastest version (6.0.3) from the Evernote site!

7. And for a secure removal and re-installation read this.

8. Reboot again.

Thank you so much for replying, you've provided me some relief.  After calmly reading through the links, I made data backups and rebooted. Walah...they're back...and I can see my notes! I appreciate your detailed instructions and quick response.
