(Archived) Quickoffice Pro HD On The iPad

Hi All,

Just puzzling over this one. In case I am doing something obviously wrong I thought I would check with you.

I use Quickoffice HD Pro on the iPad to work on spreadsheets.

With the Business version of Evernote installed I don't seem to be able to access the Business folders. I can of course open up Evernote and then the spreadsheet, but that means you create a new document when you come to save it. As helped on here some time ago, I go into Quickoffice and select the folder on Evernote then open the document. When you save it, it gets saved back to the same document. Which is obviously a lot better.

Any ideas why before I contact Quickoffice people?

Forgot to report back, they don't support the Business Version of Evernote.

 

Bad news for me.

 

Any other software out there that are any good?

You can see the various apps that are available for Evernote Business by going to the Evernote Trunk and then scrolling down to the section called "Evernote at Work."

Now, when it comes to opening up office documents on an iPad and saving them back into Evernote, I do not see an app for that at this time, but I would recommend checking out the business ready apps as we continue to add new partners.

Many thanks for that. I was of course aware of the trunk and blog.

 

What I was hoping for is someone with first hand knowledge of a specific app that might solve this problem.

Hey Chris, currently, only 7 partners have integrated the Business API. As Jon pointed out, you can see this subjection of the trunk here:

Our partnership team is working with a lot of developers on how to best integrate business features, and while I can't give any date or timeline, we hope to announce additional partners in the future.
