(Archived) Simultaneous search doesn't seem to be working

I noticed today when doing searches in Chrome (google) that I wasn't getting any evernote results. I guess I only noticed cause I was pretty sure there was an article I was looking for that I had clipped.

I double checked the extension options and Simultaneous search is enabled.
