DataCarver 0
Has anyone else experienced large screenshot file sizes when running Skitch on a MBP retina display? When attached to an external monitor Skitch screenshots are 'normal sized', well under 1MB in size. The same screenshot taken using the native MBP retina display however is considerably larger, i.e., greater than 1MB. I'm currently running the second 'more screen space' scaled resolution when not attached to the external monitor.I can see someone else has posted about this very same problem in the Evernote for Mac forum: http://discussion.ev...-for-evernote/.Does anyone know if Evernote is working on addressing this in Skitch for MacThanks for your time. gvalverde 2
Thanks for reporting this. As expected, with higher resolutions, the file size will increase. We are currently considering several optimization paths. Stay tuned...Has anyone else experienced large screenshot file sizes when running Skitch on a MBP retina display? stefanwrobel 2
Skitch also desperately needs a retina menubar icon! Link to comment
schindyguy 0
The "retina" version of Skitch doesn't solve this problem. Still. Link to comment
