(Archived) BUG [Chrome]: Clipper not using default location

Hi,

The web clipper does not use the default location, indicated in the desktop version. Default location is correct elsewhere: on the web, ipad, iphone... Simply not in the web clipper.

Any suggestions?

Which browser are you clipping with?

If you clip via contextual menu (right click) Web Clipper will file to your default notebook.

For Chrome Web Clipper

If you use the popup dialogue it will default to:

a) If you have smart filing enabled, a notebook will be suggested based on the content of the clip.

If you have smart filing off, it will remember your last used notebook and serve that as a default.
