(Archived) Evernote and GoogleDocs

Recommended Posts

That's kind of like asking, "what's the difference between a toaster and a waffle iron?"

Google Docs is a document creation and collaboration tool. Evernote is a program for storing, and retrieving information. That information can be in the form of web clippings, attachments of many types and, yes, even notes created with in the program. Evernote can't create spreadsheets or presentations as Google Docs can. And, though you can share Evernote notebooks, you can't do real time collaborative editing.
