(Archived) Serious Performance Issues on Mac

I've been recently having some serious performance issues with Evernote on Mac for the last few days. Usually it was indexing that had brought this processor usage spike, but I've checked the activity log, and nothing was happening, yet the CPU usage was 150%+. (MacBook pro Core 2 Duo 2.4 ghz)

I reckon the best bet is probably to open a support ticket - https://www.evernote.com/about/contact/support/#inquiry.

Based on what I've heard/read over the last few weeks it may be a bad note (or bad data in the note) that is causing your problem.
