Hmmm...I don't know. Any good filing system organizes folders/notebooks either alpha or numerically. You stick the "Dishwasher" folder behind the "Stove" folder & it becomes inefficient.

I don't think it is up to us to presume we would know how someone might choose to organize their folders. Let the user decide.
