Request: Sub-Notebooks

I have only been using Evernote for a few months and already the number of notebooks I have is growing quite rapidly. It would be great if we could have a hierarchical structure for notebooks, something along the lines of "Current Projects" and then subnotebooks could be "Project 1," "Project 2," "Project 3;" or, a top-level notebook could be "Health" with subnotebooks "Doctor Visits," "Exercise, "Health History," etc.

I too would like this feature. This appears to be a common request. Are there any plans to add this into the beta program under development? Is this simply impossible given the underlying structure that Evernote is written on?
