Note contents reset to 6months ago

I went to Evernote app on my laptop today, and all the content in my 'to do' note has been reset to what it was about 6 months ago. The 'note history' is shaded out as well, so no help there. It probably happened as I signed in to a new OnePlus phone yesterday. All other notes appear to be OK, but I had 'to do' open on my laptop - which was asleep.

Any ideas how I can retrieve the content of my note as per yesterday?

You may want to go to the web and see what version of the note exists there.

I would recover using Note History
Access to the Note History data is a paid account feature; you can subscribe for a single month
