Yes, you can subscribe monthly (and downgrade monthly), or yearly, which makes it slightly cheaper.

Support is by mail or chat, US west coast office hours.

My experience with support at EN is that they are analyzing things pretty in detail, first coming with 3 questions on you for one that you post. If they have a solution, it will probably be found. But it usually takes a few Mail exchanges. Chat is more for easy to solve stuff.

It is requiring a full year subscription. Nowhere can I see that it is monthly subscription that I can quit any time and pay only for the months and not the year
