Missing notes

I have a Basic account and my notes go missing every few days. I found them in trash, restored them to my notebook and found them in Trash again several days later. Does anyone experience the same issue? Is there a way to reach out for help at Evernote? I don't see the email address for support.

Hi.  What device and what OS are you using?  Are your notes being synced back to Evernote.com?  It's most unusual for notes to have been deleted back to the trash notebook once,  much less to have that happen repeatedly.

I am working on Windows (dell computer). I find it utterly strange as I recovered 80 notes last week and this morning found none in my Notebook.

I moved the thread to the Windows forums.  Do you have the installed version of Evernote,  or are you working via Evernote.com?  Have you tried verifying your notes at Evernote.com?
