Incomplete Syncing to Desktop Client

I see what I have 69 total notes on the web client, but on the desktop version it shows only 51. Including 5 notebooks vs the web's 6. In addition some of the notebooks don't have names and look like the attached photo.

I have signed in and out, as well as resetting the application. I just want to export my data and I can't do that if the desktop client isn't showing all of my data.

I don't spend a lot of time troubleshooting my devices

My solution on a Mac is to delete the database and Evernote will rebuild it from the server data

Not sure how a notebook with no name gets created?  IAC, you could add a temporary tag to the notes on your desktop, sync, do a -tag:temporary tag search on the web and see what notes aren't syncing.  Not too hard with only 69 notes.  Then add a tag to the 18 notes you find and sync again on the desktop to see if they then appear.
