Suggestion: Evernote Survey Needs Better Programming

Programming Error on Survey

I received an Evernote email survey...
"we’re asking you to share your feedback by October 29 by taking a 20-minute survey."

So I got into the first few questions and then get locked out due to poor programming.

The question states (Select all that apply).

So I tried to check the selections for 
* Personal use
and
* Other (Specify)

But after selecting Personal Use and trying to add the Other with the info field filled in, the program removes my first selection.

Suggestion to Evernote: When you hire out a Survey to a 3rd party, do an internal test of the survey before sending it out to your customers.
