How Do You Contact Support?

I had to search G for the tech contact form (as it is nowhere on the Contact Us page) https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=176617 The chat box on this page is all white space with nowhere to type and on the submit request form, even when all fields are completed, the submit button is dead. I'm using latest Chrome.

Any help appreciated.

The submit button and chat box are also dead in Opera but has worked in Firefox. Please fix for Chrome. 

Also, could someone let me know where I can find tech submit request form via the main EN Contact page instead of searching G.
