Автоименование темы по первой строке заметки

На платформе windows есть отличная реализация.

Тема заметки автоматически подхватывается из первой строки заметки.

В андроид это не так и название темы остается по умолчанию из коробки и совсем не информативным. 

Просим вас сделать аналогичную возможность для андроид подобно как в Windows. Если не по умолчанию, то хотя бы опционально
