Installing evernote on computer without uninstalling evernote on previous computer

I have evernote installed on my old computer which crashed and I am not able to uninstall it. I have installed evernote on my new computer but I am not able to log in because I have exceeded the 2 device limit (1 have one installed on my phone too). Is there a way to go around this without having to create a new account or upgrade to premium?

Upgrading to Premium is never a bad idea 😉

If you want to do without it, use the web client through a browser. This is never counted as a device.

In the web client, go to your account, find the devices and delete the old computer from it. By this you liberate the slot for the new computer.

Logon is the issue, not installations

As per @PinkElephant, access the device list in your account settings

and revoke access to your old computer
